Episode 314: Today we have 2 special guests join us! TheBrothersWDW as they are known in the challenge community, Ryan and Reagan. We chat with them about the challenge and go through some of their most exciting challenge completions. They have a lot of records and several completions during their many different challenge runs. We also ask them about the future of the challenge and if it will still be possible in the years ahead. They also give us their challenge advice. After the interview we dig into some of the news of the week. We recorded before some of the details came out around the increase in crowds and rumors of when the masks mandate will be lifted but we discuss our thoughts on when we thought that might happen. We also poke fun at the Harmonious fountain testing…we hope the show will look better than the tests.

Episode 299: We got to experience a VIP tour at Walt Disney World! We tell you what it was like and if we think it is worth the price. Before we get to that we did have a few news stories to cover like, Disneyland discontinuing their Annual Pass program. We speculate as to what they will have in its place once the pandemic is over. The Muppet show is coming to Disney+ and Hall of Presidents is closed for the addition of President Joe Biden. Jason and I went on a trip this past weekend to Walt Disney world so we have a trip report. We stayed once again at the Gran Destino tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs resort. We experienced The festival of the arts, Rise of the resistance, and the new ratatouille…walkway. Also during this trip we took a VIP tour and went to all 4 parks and got to see some backstage areas with our very knowledgeable tour guide, Homer. We tell you what we thought of our first experience on a VIP tour!

Episode: 285, Today we finally have the long awaited park challenge guest on the show! None other than Kent Mullins himself perhaps better known to the challenge community as UCFKent. We talk with Kent about his Disney fandom and of course how he got started on the Parkeology challenge and go through some of his favorite challenge completions. Kent is a 6 time challenge winner and recently took part in the tag team challenge which they completed as well. Before we get to our interview with Kent, we do discuss some Disney news. We talk about the new things coming to Disney+ this fall and we discuss what we are most looking forward too. Some equity cast members have started returning to Walt Disney World. Meanwhile, Disneyland in California is still yet to have an official re-opening date. A new Star Wars VR experience is coming and a guest was thrown out of Hollywood Studios over Disney’s mask policy. Be sure to follow along on Twitter this Sunday September 20th as we celebrate the 1 year anniversary of Jason’s parkeology completion with a special re-tweet of the entire day with Jason’s added commentary and thoughts on his very topsy-turvy day.

Episode: 284 The 2020 Christmas (party) at Disney World has been cancelled. We talk about all of the recently announced changes to the holidays at Walt Disney World this year. Which includes no Christmas parties, no candlelight processional, no gingerbread houses, and no lights on Cinderella Castle. People have gone crazy for the new Madame Leota sipper cup, Daisy Ridley spills the beans on Rey’s lineage in Star Wars, which also causes outrage. There’s a new documentary coming out called The Magic of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Also, Jason got to see the new live action Mulan on Disney+. He gives us his review. Speaking of Disney+ reviews. We are starting a new segment where we watch something on Disney+ that has fallen through the cracks or is something older that some people may not have seen yet and we are going to give our review on it. We are coming up on the 1 year anniversary of Jason’s epic challenge completion and to celebrate on September 20th we will have a special review of that run on Twitter. 129B4AAF-1A76-464F-95A3-09B69E7BB56AEpisode 262: We are back and what better way to celebrate April than with a little March madness! That’s right we used a complex algorithm to create head to head attraction match-ups at all 4 of the Walt Disney world Theme Parks. In this episode we narrow down the attraction match-ups to the elite eight at each theme park. We have some upsets and  some obvious no brainier wins as well. We even have a possible Cinderella story brewing with one attraction. (see what I did there?)  Tune in next week for the exciting conclusion! We also start off the show by discussing some Disney news and the Virtual Parkeology challenge taking place this weekend! If you are doing the challenge this weekend, good luck and we give some suggestions on some ride photos. I didn’t say that they are good suggestions but judge for yourself!

Episode 218: Today we are recapping our recent Parkeology run from June 1st! For anyone not familiar with this challenge, we attempted to ride every ride in all 4 Walt Disney World theme parks in 1 day. We attempted the challenge for the first time back in March and came up short. On our second attempt we had 2 additional rides to complete but we also had 2 more hours in the day. This day produced a lot of fun and a lot of drama…Our run literally came down to the last minute!

Episode 215: Today we are joined by the co-founders of the parkeology challenge and the duo that completed the oxygen free challenge, Shane, Ted and Kristina! We really enjoyed the conversation that we had with them and hope to have them back on the show in the future. We discuss the origins of the parkeology challenge with Ted and Shane and then go into the planning strategy for the oxygen free completion run on April 24, 2019 with Shane and Kristina. Please check out Parkeology.com and join their facebook group and also Kristina has a website Epic Disney and a facebook group. Kristina also co-wrote a book: Macallen’s Secret: Park Studios

Episode 210: Today we are joined once again by Jason as we breakdown the historic Parkeology run on April 24th where we saw the first completion of 2019 and the first ever completion of the “oxygen free” challenge where a team completed all 46 rides without using any fast passes! We also discuss a third run that wasn’t a completion but actually had the best pace of the day.  We break down each run and give our thoughts on what were the pivotal moments in each one.

Episode 195 – Today we are joined once again by our friend Jason. We go through our recent attempt at the Parkeology/Every Ride Challenge! We break down our run and pinpoint the mistakes that we made as well as the breakthroughs that we had during our 15 hour day. We had some really good breaks and a few that didn’t go our way. The important thing is that we had fun and we raised some money for Give Kids The World. You can still give through our link Here and it will go to the overall goal of $100k by the end of this year!

Today’s episode is about the Parkeology Challenge. This challenge involves riding every ride at all four Walt Disney World Parks in one day.  There are a lot of rules and regulations around this challenge in order for it to be considered official. There are currently 49 attractions that are considered rides at Walt Disney World. I go into the list and explain constitutes a “ride” in the challenge. We wrap up by going through some of the strategies that can be used to take on this challenge. I will be taking part in this challenge on March 9, 2019.
